About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant,you'llsupporttheteam and clients by helping with day-to-day operations in the store.You'llgain hands-on experience in sales support, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising. This is a support role, ideal for someone early in their careerwho'seager to learn and grow in a creative, design-focused environment.You'llreport to the Assistant Manager and work closely with our sales and visual teams.


WhatYou'llDo:

  • Support the team with order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow-up

  • Helpmaintainthe store's visual presentation and product displays

  • Assistwith inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies

  • Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service


WhatWe'reLooking For:

  • Interest in design, retail, or customer service

  • Previousretail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but notrequired

  • Comfortable using Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and navigating websites

  • Willingness to learn systems likesalesforceand design software(we'lltrain you!)

  • Able tolift upto 20lbsand move items as needed
