Position Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the showroom. The primary responsibilities include processing pick-up and walk-in orders, maintaining a clean and organized showroom, assisting customers with inquiries, making follow-up calls for pending orders, and managing the cash register.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers by processing orders and answering inquiries.
  • Support showroom sales by providing product information and upselling where appropriate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in the showroom.
  • Process and fulfill pick-up and walk-in orders efficiently.
  • Track and follow up on pending orders with customers, ensuring timely pickups.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom at all times.
  • Monitor product displays and ensure that all items are properly stocked and labeled.
  • Manage daily cash register operations, including processing payments.
  • Maintain an accurate daily log of all transactions, ensuring the register balances at the end of the day.
  • Assist with data entry tasks related to sales, customer orders, and inventory management.
  • Support the sales team with any administrative tasks as needed.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a sales environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage cash transactions.
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills, including data entry.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:
