Litmus7 is looking for a visionary Client Partner to serve as the lead strategic advisor for premier retail global accounts. You will act not only as a relationship manager but as the architect of our clients’ success, aligning Litmus7’s cutting‑edge solutions with their long‑term business transformations.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end health and expansion of the portfolio, serving as the primary liaison between Litmus7 and critical customers.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities (cross‑sell/upsell) by translating client pain points into actionable Litmus7 service offerings.
  • Lead ROI discussions and ensure clients realize maximum value, securing long‑term renewals.
  • Build and multi‑thread relationships across the organization, navigating complex hierarchies to reach C‑level decision‑makers.
  • Oversee large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with the client’s strategic roadmap.
