Job description

Project Manager

As Project Manager you will be working with insurance companies, clients, and subcontractors to restore properties to pre-loss condition that have been caused by water, fire, mold, etc.  We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, computer experience, organization and renovation/remodeling experience. Previous project management experience is preferred. This job does have some work from home capability when needed. (must be living in the work  zone area)

Requirements:

  • General construction knowledge.
  • Ability to schedule multiple projects and subcontractors.
  • Communicate professionally.
  • Ensure project safety and quality control.
  • Ability to time manage, budget, and site supervise,
  • Ability to document jobs, change orders and work orders in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers and insurance companies effectively.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs..
  • Work on ladders.
  • Work independently or with a team.

Experience or knowledge with:

  • Xactimate
  • Dash
  • General residential construction

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass required background screening
