Description and Requirements
The Reset Travel Merchandiser is responsible for supporting reset and remodel projects across multiple retail locations by reading and implementing plan-o-grams, placing new items, completing void corrections, and performing special merchandising activities. This role represents Acosta, our clients, and our customers while working as part of a team to deliver high-quality in-store execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

What will you do?
  • Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete the reset and remodel activity accurately.
  • Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, properly display merchandise, and place tags and shelf strips.
  • Check date codes, verify plan-o-gram integrity, and assist with pack-outs, restocks, and reorders.
  • Partner with store teams and co-workers to ensure merchandising excellence and strong working relationships.
  • Prepare, process, and submit required documentation related to assigned projects.
  • Demonstrate safe work practices, proper equipment use, and proactively report unsafe conditions.
  • Follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience using planograms; retail reset experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 100%, including overnight stays Sunday through Thursday.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with store teams and colleagues.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements :
  • Ability to work in cold environments as required.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle retail fixtures and merchandise.
  • Ability to travel long distances and stay overnight for extended periods.
