• Create global toolkits, playbooks, and activation frameworks
• Partner with creative, retail, digital, and market teams to define assets, use cases, shopper tools, and content
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with clear ownership, milestones, and decision-making
• Establish planning cadences and governance mechanisms
