In this role, you will serve as an in-store merchandising leader supporting grocery retailers. Responsibilities include completing category resets, building displays and end caps, rotating and date-checking product, placing and correcting tags, and ensuring shelves meet store and planogram standards. You will identify out-of-stock conditions, organize backstock and discontinued items, and work directly with store leadership during project initiatives. The position also requires using company technology—or your own device—to track progress, capture photos, communicate issues, and complete required reporting. You will also assist in training new teammates, support basic scheduling needs, and provide general in-store operational oversight. This role involves frequent travel with regular overnight hotel stays.

  • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • You’re 18 years or older
  • Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Are interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays 
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work location
  • Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Have experience leading and training people
  • Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
  • Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
