Snack Innovations is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company with a passion for better-for-you snacking and the parent brand behind Drizzilicious, Natural Endurance, Smart Fries, and Sunday Snacks. Operating as both a private label manufacturer and direct-to-consumer snack brand innovator, were rapidly expanding and looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to grow with us.
Role Overview
As the Packaging & Sales Graphics Designer at Snack Innovations, you will play a critical production-focused role in bringing our brands to life across packaging, retail, and sales channels. You will support our portfolio of better-for-you snack brands, ensuring every file and asset that leaves our team is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready. You will collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and our external partners to execute packaging, sales enablement tools, and digital assets at the highest level of quality. You'll design and produce a wide range of deliverables, including packaging, PDQs, endcap displays, web assets, A+ content, hero imagery, presentations, and social media content. You'll stay engaged with the latest design trends, emerging technologies (including AI), and evolving industry standards to enhance the effectiveness of our creative output.
We're looking for a team player who can take ownership of projects from start to finish while elevating the work at every step. The ability to manage timelines, incorporate feedback, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively is essential.
Core Responsibilities
  • Responsible for design and production in a wide variety of formats including, print, displays and presentations - with heavy emphasis on packaging.
  • Lead packaging execution across new and existing SKUsfrom concept through production-ready files.
  • Partner with vendors/printers and internal stakeholders to manage proofing, troubleshooting, and quality control.
  • Translate dielines, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing specs into accurate, print-ready deliverables.
  • Create sales enablement assetsincluding sell-in decks, sell sheets, planogram mockups, displays, shippers, and retailer presentation materialsto support launches and buyer meetings.
  • Build and maintain clean, scalable file systems and creative libraries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment: CPG industry experience. Technical knowledge in food-grade packaging a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with a positive attitude under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized, with strong time management, prioritization skills, and LOVEs to take notes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements & priorities constantly change
  • Solid design skills in print, packaging and displays collateral
  • Proficiency in Figma, Midjourney, Gemini, and particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dimension)
  • Photoshop: Must be at expert level and know major points of application when applied to Print and Digital. Must be familiar with using application for digital productivity including Smart Objects, Layer Comps and Applying Effects)
  • Illustrator: Must be at expert level and know major points of application when applied to Print and Digital
  • InDesign: Must be at expert level and know major points of application when applied to Print
  • A portfolio that demonstrates packaging experience and clean, consistent design execution.
