Mission

Je suis à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur.trice Planification et Analyse Financière (FP&A) pour une compagnie dans le domaine alimentaire à Laval.
Vos tâches seront de :
-Établir et ajuster les prix de vente : structurer les modèles de prix, piloter les révisions annuelles et analyser l’impact sur rentabilité, volumes et mix.
-Superviser les déductions clients et programmes commerciaux, en assurant conformité et efficacité, et réduire les pertes financières.
-Analyser la performance des produits et marges standards, formuler des recommandations pour optimiser rentabilité et mix produit.
-Diriger la planification financière, budgets et prévisions, et produire les analyses mensuelles et trimestrielles.
-Développer outils analytiques et tableaux de bord (Excel, Power BI) pour améliorer l’intégrité des données et l’efficacité des processus.
-Agir comme partenaire stratégique auprès des ventes, marketing et opérations, et contribuer aux projets d’intégration financière et aux initiatives commerciales.
-Encadrer et développer l’équipe des comptes recevables, renforcer les pratiques financières et optimiser les processus internes.

Votre profil

Votre profil :
-CPA obligatoire
-Expérience en retail et dans le domaine alimentaire obligatoire
-Expérience confirmée en établissement de prix et gestion de marges.
-Excellentes compétences analytiques et en communication, bilinguisme français/anglais.
-Maîtrise avancée d’Excel; connaissance de SAP B1, JDE ou Power BI est un atout.
