Job Summary

Drive digital sales and shape the fan experience!
As the Retail E-Commerce Associate, you will oversee the online retail operations for Tidewater Landing, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for fans. The ideal candidate will maintain the e-commerce platform, monitor performance metrics, and leverage data to identify growth opportunities. This individual will also oversee logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, returns processing, and online guest support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.)
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of SEO, merchandising, and online customer service best practices

Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

  • Customer service and communication with guests are key priorities
  • Maintain and update digital storefront with current inventory and promotions
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment, tracking, including managing returns and exchanges 
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Analyze e-commerce data to improve sales performance; daily traffic, sales, and conversion metrics
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive web traffic and conversions
