Position Title: Retail Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Range: $23.00 Per Hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Retail Warehouse Supervisor -  

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and product distribution. 
  • Support merchandise fulfillment for retail stores, e-commerce orders, game days, special events, and off-site activations. 
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, organization, audits, and proper system updates. 
  • Coordinate product movement between warehouse, stores, event locations, and fulfillment operations. 
  • Prioritize workload and projects based on business needs and deadlines. 
  • Assist with training and directing warehouse team members and seasonal staff. 
  • Maintain clean, safe, organized warehouse spaces and back-of-house operations. 
  • Analyze inventory reports and use data to support operational decisions. 
  • Continuously identify efficiencies and process improvements that set the business up for long-term success. 
  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!) 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned 
THE PERFECT MATCH

We might be a great match if the below applies to you -  

  • Previous warehouse, retail operations, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player. 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required (sorting, filtering, basic reporting, inventory tracking). 
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, Shopify, Retail Cloud, or other back-end retail systems is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset.
