Standard Job Description
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
This position is for a program coordinator for the GG program which falls under the QK mission focused team (MFT) The position will perform the following duties:
• Perform staffing activities for customer defined requirements to include resource sourcing within the MFT and coordination with E&T and GTA
• Perform coordinated hiring activities between hiring managers, TTO Leads and Security
• Perform procurement activities and communicating between the customer and GSCM
• Interface with all functional support elements to include but not limited to ITC, GTA, E&T, GSCM, Finance and Legal
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
• Current MPO Customer Clearances and Polygraphs are required to apply
• CDRL creation review and delivery
• Transparent communication and collaboration
• Experience with security protocols, clearance processes and associated Government representatives
• MS Suite of products

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
