Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to support the Sr. Director, Retail Operations in overseeing the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a strong customer experience
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and oversee compliance for company policies, procedures and standards
  • Manage and improve store systems, operational policies, and procedures
  • Train, coach, and manage store execution of operations tasks (i.e. POS procedures, return procedures, budget management, clienteling, inventory management, loss prevention, etc.)
  • Establish controls and monitor risks to company assets such as cash, inventory, etc.
  • Manage retail expenses and maintain budget compliance across the stores
  • Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and RTV's
  • Manage clienteling platform and store performance
  • Enable effective communication between retail stores and the corporate office
  • Resolve issues impacting service, efficiency, or productivity
  • Enhance customer service standards and adapt client experience to business needs
  • Apply sound judgement and discretion independently, as well as collaboratively with, retail and corporate management teams on all daily store operations and processes
  • Assist in store opening and renovation process
  • Lead new projects, technology initiatives and new process roll outs

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical aptitude including thorough understanding of financial statements and reporting of Key Performance Indicators
  • Proven skill in training and the ability to positively influence people to gain support
  • Understanding of Loss Prevention concepts and enforcement tactics
  • Ability to support, interact and communicate effectively with both internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create and develop new processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring all work is thoroughly reviewed and error-free
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being able to execute on a tactical level
  • Demonstrates the capacity to align home office objectives with an understanding of the diverse needs and priorities of retail teams
  • B.A or equivalent
  • Luxury or contemporary retail store upper management experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a Retail Operations multi-store or corporate role
  • Shopify POS experience
  • Omnichannel operations management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
  • Availability to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed

Salary: The target salary for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000 based on candidates' experience and expectations.
