Job description

Retail Operations Associates are an integral part of our retail teams. Their primary focus is to be sure our retail stores are in great shape regarding all facilities. The retail warehouse, minor showroom repair, lavatory maintenance, store inventory, product assembly, and truck unloading all fall under their scope of work. Operations Associates are essential to be sure all our guests have a favorable experience while shopping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ยท Truck Unloading

ยท Warehouse cleanliness, organization, and maintenance

ยท Inventory

ยท Cycle Counts

ยท Product Assembly

ยท Tightening and adjustment of showroom products

ยท Assisting Visual Merchandiser with display set up and merchandising

ยท Showroom lighting adjustments

ยท Minor furniture repair, touch up, and dusting

ยท Customer pickups and product loading

ยท Restroom cleanliness

ยท Sweeping and mopping

ยท Trash removal

ยท Painting and minor wall repair as needed

ยท Front entry cleaning such as vacuuming and glass cleaning

QUALIFICATIONS
