Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Team Member plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day retail warehouse operation for the Houston Texans Retail Team under Aramark. This position is responsible for inventory processing, product movement, event preparation, stock organization, fulfillment support, and maintaining operational efficiency across all retail locations and events. This role will serve as a primary support function for stadium event operations and will help ensure accurate inventory flow, timely replenishment, and organized warehouse execution throughout the season and offseason. During event days, this position will also support retail store operations as needed. This is a hands-on operational role focused on execution, efficiency, organization, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise shipments - Accurately count, verify, tag, and stage inventory - Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational standards - Assist with inventory transfers between warehouse and retail locations - Pull and prepare product allocations for events and store replenishment - Support inventory audits and cycle counts - Ensure product is properly stored and accessible for operational efficiency - Assist with loading and unloading merchandise deliveries

Event & Retail Support

- Support setup and breakdown for Texans retail event operations - Assist with event-day replenishment and stock movement - Support retail teams during high-volume games and special events - Help maintain stock levels and operational flow across all retail locations - Assist leadership with operational execution during stadium events

Team & Operational Expectations

- Maintain strong communication and teamwork across all retail departments - Follow operational procedures and inventory handling standards

- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support evolving business needs - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities - Deliver excellent service while supporting the Houston Texans retail brand experience

Position Details

- Part-Time Position

- Position employed through Aramark Sports + Entertainment

- Scheduling is based on operational business needs, event schedules, and employee availability

- Hours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate throughout the year based on seasonality and operational demands

- Majority of scheduled hours will be allocated to warehouse operations and event support functions

- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and Houston Texans home games/events is required

- This position reports directly to Retail Operations Leadership

Qualifications
  • Must be over 18 years of age  
  • High school education or equivalent is preferred
  • 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills 
  • Basic computer skills
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery 
  • Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb 
  • Some client locations require a current valid driver's license. If this is required, an MVR will be run as part of your pre-employment screening process.
  • Previous warehouse, retail, logistics, or operations experience preferred 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing.  This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
