Position Purpose

The Service Operations Assistant supports front-end store operations by assisting with customer service, associate supervision, checkout performance, and daily execution of service-related programs. This position helps ensure an efficient, customer-focused environment while supporting productivity, operational compliance, and associate development. The Service Operations Assistant serves as a key leadership resource for front-end associates and assists in maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities Service Operations
  • Support daily front-end operations, including checkout, customer service, and service desk functions.
  • Monitor customer traffic and assist with staffing adjustments to maintain service standards.
  • Help ensure efficient operation of registers, self-checkout areas, and customer service functions.
  • Support execution of company programs, promotions, and operational initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining front-end organization, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the day.
