Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will support day-to-day business operations by assisting with reporting, data analysis, store support, commission tracking, and operational follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Operations team in daily business functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency across our retail locations by assisting with commission tracking, discrepancy reporting, inventory analysis, and store support.
The Operations Assistant will help identify trends, resolve reporting discrepancies, and provide timely support to store teams on operational issues. This position will also assist in improving reporting processes by leveraging technology and exploring AI-driven solutions to help automate manual reports, improve data accuracy, and create more efficient workflows.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve are essential for success in this role.
