Job Summary
A growing retail operation in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and front-of-house retail support for a new facility. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who enjoys building efficient processes, supervising a team, and balancing high-volume e-commerce fulfillment with customer-facing retail activity.
This role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive leadership environment, and the opportunity to work directly with business ownership on process improvements that support continued growth. The Retail Operations Supervisor will play a key role in creating organized workflows, developing standard operating procedures, improving inventory accuracy, and helping associates succeed in a fast-paced, team-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform daily e-commerce fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, order processing, and high-volume shipping.
- Manage shipping workflows using major domestic and international carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across online and retail channels through cycle counts, receiving, stock reconciliation, and low-stock reporting.
- Train, direct, and support warehouse and retail associates to promote productivity, safety, and teamwork.
- Assist with customer service, retail sales, and in-store pickup procedures during busy store periods.
- Partner with ownership to create and improve SOPs for fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Hours: 40+ hours per week.
- Overtime eligible.
