The Field Operations Manager is a people-first leader responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating a team of Brand Ambassadors across an assigned territory. This role drives performance through hands-on field leadership, operational excellence, and strategic execution of retail programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management, retail operations, sales leadership, or a related role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, performance tracking, and Microsoft Office applications
