Job description

Home Center Traveling Retail Reset / Merchandising Associate (Overnight)

Looking for a job where you can travel, work with a solid team, and build real skills? We’re hiring 12 team members to join a fast-growing company partnered with the #1 home center retailer in the country.
Our leadership team has a proven track record in the industry, and we believe in growing the business by investing in our people. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and enjoy hands-on work, we’ll train you and give you the opportunity to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work overnight inside major home center stores resetting departments and installing fixtures. Projects typically include:
  • Resetting and organizing merchandise
  • Installing and adjusting steel racking
  • Assembling and installing displays and fixtures
  • Installing signage and setting products to planograms
You’ll work in teams of 4–6 people, traveling to stores (primarily in Florida) to complete projects together.
Pay & Benefits
  • Full-time W-2 position

  • $42,000 – $62,000 per year

Travel
Weekly travel is required. When traveling, the company provides hotel accommodations (double occupancy).
What You’ll Need
  • Ability to work overnight (9 PM – 6 AM)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

  • Basic hand tools

  • Willingness to travel and work as part of a team
