Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Merchandising Associate in our Irvine, CA market!

SRS Merchandising Associates create attractive, accurate product displays that maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. They manage inventory levels, execute planograms, set up displays, and collaborate with store personnel to maintain brand standards in retail partners such as Lowe's and The Home Depot. Position Responsibilities:

  • Use your personal vehicle to independently travel to and service stores within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct audits, perform product resets, merchandise products, and maintain product planograms.
  • Accurately position price labels, install point-of-purchase signage for enhanced product visibility, and install new fixtures/ displays.
  • Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and managing shelf displays.
  • Coordinate with store personnel to assess inventory needs, proactively recommend replenishment, and place product orders to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Serve as the product expert, providing knowledgeable support to both customers and store associates by answering questions and sharing key product details.
