Elite Legacy Innovations is currently hiring a Clean Energy Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team in the Austin, TX area. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for motivated, career-driven individuals looking to build experience in clean energy sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development.


As a Clean Energy Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll work directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, helping educate them on available clean and renewable energy programs and services. You'll represent current energy campaigns, answer customer questions, explain program benefits, and help interested customers determine available options.


No previous energy or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on coaching to help you develop strong sales, communication, and leadership skills.


Responsibilities

  • Represent clean and renewable energy programs through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
  • Engage directly with prospective customers in a professional and approachable manner
  • Educate customers on available clean energy programs, services, and current promotions
  • Explain program features and benefits while answering customer questions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions
  • Generate new customer acquisitions and support daily sales objectives
  • Build positive customer relationships while increasing awareness of clean energy initiatives
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales and performance goals
  • Participate in daily training focused on sales, marketing, communication, and leadership
