Elite Legacy Innovations is currently hiring a Sports Minded Brand Marketing Ambassador to join our growing team in the Austin, TX area. As a Sports Minded Brand Marketing Ambassador, you'll engage directly with customers through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns, promote client products and services, and help drive new customer growth throughout the Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns
• Build relationships with prospective customers and educate them on products, services, and current promotions
• Generate new customer acquisitions through consultative sales presentations
• Create positive customer experiences while strengthening brand awareness
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales and performance goals
• Develop a thorough understanding of client products, services, and marketing initiatives
• Participate in daily training focused on sales, leadership, communication, and professional development
• Work alongside leadership to execute marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts
• Support team initiatives and contribute to a competitive, goal-driven environment
• Maintain professionalism while representing Elite Legacy Innovations and its clients

Qualifications

• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with a desire to grow professionally
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Leadership experience through athletics, clubs, organizations, or previous employment is a plus
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or marketing experience is helpful but not required
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
