During the program, trainees learn about store operations, customer service, sales, inventory management, and leadership skills by working alongside experienced managers. The goal is to equip trainees with the knowledge and experience necessary to eventually take on supervisory or managerial positions in retail stores. Trainees often rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. These programs are ideal for recent graduates or those seeking a career path in retail management.

Collaboration with team members and cross-functional departments is common, as you’ll often assist with staff scheduling, store operations, and performance analysis.
