  • Supervise and develop transportation and logistics team members.
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, route planning, and fleet maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and organizational safety standards.
  • Partner with Mission Services to provide work experience and development opportunities for participants.

  • Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to support retail, donation, and warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Knowledge of transportation, warehouse, fleet, and safety regulations.
  • Experience using transportation, inventory, or fleet management technology preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • CDL and forklift certification are preferred but not required.

Why Join Goodwill Tenneva?

  • Join a mission-driven organization serving communities throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia
  • Four weeks of paid time off (for full time employees after introductory period)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 403(b) retirement plan
