Our mission is to work as a team, taking responsibility in building loyalty with our customers and our co-workers, to exceed expectations providing product and services that combine high quality with integrity and to assist all internal and external customers to assure that their needs are met in a "Customer Service Plus 1" manner.
Position Summary:
Accurately and timely complete inventory counts at all Retail locations. Perform all duties of the Inventory Manager in his/her absence.
Job Duties:
  • Follows the Quality Dairy Code of Excellence
  • Complete inventory at stores
  • Follow established monthly schedule set by Inventory Manager
  • Face and straighten product if moved during counting
  • Report store conditions to Inventory Manager
  • Maintain knowledge of current price changes/product promotions
  • Assist with warehouse inventories
  • Responsible for inventory equipment cleaning
  • Perform all duties of the Inventory Manager in his/her absence.

Relationships:
Inventory Manager
  • Communicate problems, suggestions and questions
  • Receive directions and instructions

Inventory Crew Members
  • Work together to accomplish tasks at each store
  • Discuss problems and exchange ideas

Internal and External Customers and Co-workers
  • Represent Quality Dairy Company in a professional, friendly, efficient manner, providing service as needed

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year inventory experience or six months experience as a Quality Dairy Company crew member, preferred
  • Computer experience, MS office preferred
  • Calculator knowledge
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Knowledge of pertinent OSHA, EPA and MIOSHO practices, preferred
