This is a full-time, salaried position based in Ontario Mills Mall – Ontario, CA. Weekend and evening availability is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a chance to lead Milksha’s very first U.S. store launch.

As General Manager, you will lead the charge in creating an unforgettable customer experience while driving business success by:

  • Leading day‑to‑day operations and setting the tone for an outstanding in‑store experience.
  • Building, coaching, developing and inspiring a high‑performing team with shared values around quality and hospitality.
  • Driving operational excellence, from inventory to labor management to customer service.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and community connector, bringing Milksha’s values to life.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing and other support center teams to execute campaigns and share feedback.

  • At least 3 years of progressive management in food service, QSR, retail, or consumer goods
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and financial acumen to evaluate store potential and drive profitable growth
