Retail Floor Manager (Full-Time)
At Vision Ace Hardware we take pride in taking care of our customers! We are seeking individuals who can show great attitude and helpful service to our customers. "We are ACE HARDWARE - THE HELPFUL PLACE!" We need timely attendance and the willingness to work each day to the fullest!
As a member of the store management team, a Floor Manager plays an important role in all aspects of store management. This includes assisting in supervising store associates, merchandising, attracting and developing talent, and most importantly ensuring great customer service.

About you
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' retail experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and develop others
  • Vast knowledge of hardware related products and home projects a plus
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
  • The minimum physical requirements for this position include:
    • The ability to see and read product labels, dispense product knowledge, and communicate with customers
    • Manual dexterity; working with cash registers and computers, assembly of some products; ability to quickly make appropriate change for customers
    • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
    • Bending, climbing, and twisting are routine; the position requires the ability to retrieve, stock, and move product
    • Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds

We are looking for full flexibility; must be available to work on Saturday OR Sunday, 35-40 hours per week.
