Are you passionate about customer service and helping people find the right equipment for their needs? We're looking for an enthusiastic Equipment Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced retail environment and have an interest in tools, outdoor power equipment, construction equipment, or similar products, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
  • Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate equipment and accessories.
  • Demonstrate product features and explain proper use and safety.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and receiving shipments.
  • Support customers with warranty, return, and basic service inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications
