Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager to support key retail clients and manage end‑to‑end programs for in‑store displays, POP, fixtures, and merchandising solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands retail execution, and can build strong relationships with brand, marketing, and procurement teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for retail display programs
  • Oversee project lifecycle from concept through production, delivery, and in‑store execution
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy, timelines, and quality
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets for display programs and seasonal initiatives
  • Review artwork, dielines, and structural designs for accuracy and brand compliance
  • Track production milestones and proactively communicate updates to clients
  • Support quoting and pricing for displays, fixtures, and merchandising components
