You will lead and mentor transportation engineers, manage a variety of transportation projects, and build trusted relationships with municipal, institutional, and private-sector clients.   • Traffic Signal Retiming

  • School-zone design
  • Intersection design
  • PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting (HOP)






Requirements

  • B.S. Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Synchro & HCS Experience
  • Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in areas such as equipment selection, and cost estimating
