Position Summary

The Manager, Retail Pharmacy Growth and Innovation will support high-priority growth initiatives across Retail Pharmacy, with an immediate focus on our immunization patient retention efforts. The role is designed for a strong business generalist who can operate effectively in a fast-moving, agile environment, create structure in ambiguity, and adapt quickly as business priorities evolve.

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives across Retail Pharmacy, with immediate emphasis on immunization patient retention efforts, while helping design, pilot, test, execute, and iterate initiatives as business needs and priorities evolve

  • Drive work forward in an agile, evolving environment where priorities, team structures, and business needs may shift over time, operating as a flexible business generalist across strategic problem-solving and operational execution

  • Partner across strategy, operations, analytics, and cross-functional business teams to align priorities, identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and move initiatives forward with clarity and momentum

  • Translate broad business goals into actionable workstreams, clear deliverables, practical next steps, and structured approaches that support growth work across multiple initiatives in ambiguous environments

  • Develop executive-ready materials, recommendations, and updates, and synthesize data, research, and consumer insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision-making, leadership alignment, strategy, and execution

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, project leadership, or a related field

· Experience leading or supporting complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, changing environments and adapt to shifting priorities

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information and present clear recommendations

· Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

· Background in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, or another highly matrixed business environment

· Demonstrated success supporting growth, retention, customer, or operational improvement initiatives

· Consulting expertise in a broad business generalist role

· Experience working in agile team structures or dynamic, evolving business environments

Education

Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
