The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams. • Manage the creation of high-impact graphics and visuals across all project typologies, showcasing advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software.
  • Assist with design review for architectural design development and implementation of drawings for CVS Health facilities, ensuring compliance with CVS standards and industry best practices.
  • Support resolution of design and constructability challenges while maintaining scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Create and help lead executive-level presentations, delivering strategic narratives to Executive Directors and Vice Presidents to influence decision‑making.

  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align with evolving business needs.
  • Support vendors through quality checks, workload coordination, A&E training assistance, and ensuring documentation and compliance with SLAs/KPIs.
  • Partner with internal CVS design departments and key stakeholders across Construction, Layout, RAAD, Marketing, Experience Strategy, Heart Haus, Program, and Procurement to align on design solutions, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and client communication by providing clear updates, collaborative input, and strategic coordination.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Design, Architecture, Engineering, and associated processes.
