Job description

Dedicated Local Driver — 100% Touch Freight | Home Daily

If you're based near Phoenix or Tolleson and want a daily route where you actually get to reset at home after every shift, we're filling open slots on our dedicated retail fleet.

This is an active, multi-stop delivery job, not a long-distance highway run. You'll pull daycabs into local store locations across Arizona, keeping your weekly income reliable while sticking to a solid local schedule.

Pay & Schedule Breakdowns

Money on the Table: Start at $18.00/hr base pay. On top of that, you get $15.00 for every stop plus $10.00 per unload. Drivers average $1,200 to $1,400 gross weekly. Hit your 6-month mark with solid attendance and safety, and your hourly rate bump up by +$0.25/hr.

Daily Routine & Rest: 100% Home Daily with 2 consecutive days off each week. Since we run round-the-clock, Day and Night dispatches are both on the board. Expect weekend work as part of the normal rhythm; calendar holidays depend on store volume.

Hands-On Work: You'll be using a manual pallet jack to get store freight off the trailer. Expect physical shifts (10+ hours combining driving, walking, and rolling pallets) along with standard drop-and-hook moves.

Coverage Area: Local retail loops in-state, totaling roughly 1,000 miles per week.

Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) match available after 60 days on board.

Driver Checklist

Zip Code Limit: Live within 40 miles of dispatch in Tolleson/Phoenix (Zip Codes: 85043 or 85353).

Seat Time: Solo experienced drivers only. Need a solid 12 months (1 year) of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer history under your belt.

Paperwork: Active Class A CDL and valid DOT Medical Card (no extra endorsements required).

Standard Checks: Clean driving record, reliable work background, and passing the mandatory drug test.

Note: Company drivers only (no owner-operators or trainees).

Ready to grab a local seat? Fill out your application today, and a recruiter will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
