THE JOB:
At MGM Resorts, data powers legendary experiences, and as our Senior Manager, Enterprise Analytics, you'll turn information into strategy-building insights that elevate guest engagement, improve performance, and guide our future. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a team responsible for enterprise-wide reporting and digital performance measurement, partnering with corporate and property stakeholders to keep our data accurate, accessible, and impactful. You'll advance our measurement capabilities, refine analytics tools and reporting frameworks, and help scale how MGM uses data to make smarter decisions and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Lead and mentor a team; oversee ad-hoc analyses, reporting workflows, and project timelines.
  • Manage analytics reporting for key KPIs across e-commerce, marketing performance, and digital behavior for MGM Resorts brands.
  • Serve as the primary analytics contact for stakeholders-tracking, prioritizing, and managing analytics implementation requests.
  • Partner across Brand Marketing, Property Marketing, IT, Content, and other teams to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business needs.
  • Support tag management and user acceptance testing to ensure data quality across multiple platforms.
  • Produce clear, insightful reporting that answers critical business questions and drives strategic recommendations.
  • Evaluate analytics tools, features, and measurement strategies to enhance our data collection and reporting ecosystem.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in advanced professional web analytics experience.
  • Experience in digital, analytical, or product environments preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud strongly preferred.
  • Proven record translating business requirements into analytics solutions, implementations, and dashboards.
  • Experience in management consulting, retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or C++ preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data simply and effectively, including with C-Suite leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
