As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of our store — helping customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing needs
Operate POS systems and handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Help with restocking supplies and keeping the store orderly
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Qualifications:
Prior retail/customer service experience preferred
Basic computer and typing skills
Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and reliable work ethic
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be available to work on weekends
