The UPS Store in Herndon, Virginia, is looking for hard-working, customer-friendly, and motivated individuals to join our team. We are one of the leading UPS Store locations in Virginia and take pride in delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of our store — helping customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing needs

  • Operate POS systems and handle cash and credit card transactions

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

  • Help with restocking supplies and keeping the store orderly

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Qualifications:
