We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team and help us make a difference!

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional service.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Organizing and restocking merchandise to keep the store looking its best.
- Maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Helping with donations, including lifting and sorting items (must be able to lift 25 lbs multiple times throughout the day).
