What is a retail counter manager?

A Retail Counter Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and sales of a specific counter or department within a retail store, such as cosmetics, jewelry, or electronics. These skills ensure efficient store operations, enhanced customer satisfaction, and the achievement of sales targets.
