HOW YOU WILL CONNECT

Delivers the Landmark National Bank commitmentTo be champions and catalysts for our communities by delivering the technical skill training for frontline bank staff, retail operations training. The Retail Banking Traineris responsible fordesigning, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support the development of retail banking employees. This role ensures frontline staffpossessthe knowledge, skills, and regulatory understanding necessary to provide excellent customer service,maintainoperational compliance, and support the bank's sales and serviceobjectives.

The trainer partners with branch leadership to strengthen employee performance in areas such as deposit products, consumer lending, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred.Previous banking and management experience is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail banking operations, branch management, or banking training.
  • Strong understanding of branch operations, deposit products, and customer service practices.
  • Previousexperience delivering training or coaching preferred.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of retail banking regulations and compliance requirements.
