In this role, you will sit at the center of the MiracleEar Franchise marketing organization, translating marketing data into actionable insights that influence real business decisions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role partners closely with crossfunctional teams and senior leaders while balancing handson analytics with people leadership responsibilities.

Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $100,000-$120,000.

Hybrid Work: We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics & Insights

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to track marketing performance across the customer journey.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that inform marketing and business decisions.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with teams across CRM, Media, Call Center, and Digital Marketing to understand needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Present findings to senior leaders, supporting executive-level discussions and decision making.

Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and coordinate a distributed team of data analysts across LATAM and Europe, ensuring highquality and timely outputs.
  • Balance handson analytical work with prioritization, guidance, and delivery oversight for the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or related analytical roles
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (building and modifying dashboards and reports)
  • Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to nontechnical and executive audiences
  • Experience leading or coordinating others, including indirect or contractor teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a retail, franchised, or multilocation business
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution and performance measurement
  • Comfortable operating in a fastpaced, highvisibility environment
  • Experience partnering with global or crosscultural teams
