USA Compression is looking for a Retail Support Supervisor to join our Operational Support team in El Reno, Oklahoma. The Retail Support team performs key functions related to the Retail and AMS work order process. The team opens work orders, ensuring cost center, profit center, and customer data is correct on every work order. The team also generates sales orders and submits sales orders to AR for invoicing. Maintaining customer rate profiles at a subregional level as well as Retail/AMS analytics are also a team responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
  • Manages issue resolution for the entire team accurately and with a sense of urgency
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in their respective area
  • Oversee and lead collaboration between accounting and internal teams, including AMS, operations, shipping/logistics, supply chain, and sales managers, ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic support through data-driven insights.
  • Manage and maintain customer rate matrix.
  • QA/QC of all retail work orders and sales orders, providing detailed and documented solutions for any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate projects focused on automation, process improvement, change management, and system upgrades to improve accounting efficiency and processes
  • Demonstrate a track record of sustained improvement in key support metrics, including total orders processed monthly by analyst and by area, aged work orders with no sales order, and Retail analytics (P&L) by suberegion and business stream.
  • Accountable to the performance of direct reports, including proactively engaging to provide positive feedback or developmental feedback to correct behaviors and improve performance as needed
  • Understand the working details of multiple systems, the accounting organization, and all business operations
  • Creates or improves work order and sales order processes to align with business requirements
  • Ensure the integrity of financial data by reviewing and approving finalized sales orders and invoices, and leveraging technical skills to analyze trends in P&L and balance sheet accounts while identifying opportunities for process improvements through innovative solutions

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Experience: 2 years' operational or retail support experience
Required Skills: Proficiency in Excel, and P&L Analysis required
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, MyWork and SAC Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications: Databricks and Salesforce.
