  • Write clean, production-ready code while balancing rapid prototyping with scalable design
  • Develop simulations and test suites for reliable software delivery across hardware platforms
  • Develop features within the Python robotic control framework
  • Adapt software to updated hardware designs
  • Improve machine reliability through robust error handling
  • Own core software components from concept through deployment and support
  • Help build a new robotics product from the ground up
Requirements
  • 3+ years Python development experience in a workplace environment
  • 2+ years experience in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics or related field
  • Experience developing new software products, focusing on scalable and reliable system architecture
  • Experience programming scheduling/planning algorithms
  • Knowledge of networking principles
  • Experience applying Object Oriented design principles
  • Experience integrating software with new sensors/actuators
  • Experience working with software, electronics, and mechanical systems
  • Experience working on real-time software
  • This role requires 4 days a week in the office
