Assists with any application that is related to housing to find, acquire, and maintain stable housing.
Requirements
Minimum of associate's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
Two years experience in working with a targeted population-low income adults and families with severe mental illness,
Spanish-speaking individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
Full Time, 40 Hours per week

  • Conducts monthly home visits for housing clients.
  • Communicates with staff and coworkers about clients' needs.
  • Attends monthly/quarterly housing program conference calls.
  • Attends yearly training for housing programs.
  • Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
  • Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times.
