The firm has nationally recognized practices across Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring, Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate, Tax, Employment, Environmental, and Construction.


Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate to join its highly regarded Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring practice. The group handles sophisticated and high-stakes bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy litigation matters, representing debtors, creditors, committees, equity holders, asset purchasers, fiduciaries, and other parties in complex proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of bankruptcy experience and a strong interest in sophisticated restructuring and bankruptcy litigation matters.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bankruptcy experience
  • New Jersey Bar admission is required
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and legal advocacy skills
