Help People When They Need It Most
At Paul Davis Sud Ouest, we help homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, storm, and mold damage. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team environment.
As a Contents & Cleaning Technician, you will play an important role in helping customers during difficult situations by caring for and restoring their belongings and assisting with emergency restoration work.
Position Summary
This position involves packing, cleaning, moving, and restoring customer contents after property damage. Team members also assist with warehouse organization, vehicle maintenance, and emergency mitigation services when needed.
This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities
  •  Pack, move, inventory, and transport customer belongings safely 
  •  Clean and restore contents damaged by fire, water, smoke, or mold 
  •  Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties 
  •  Assist on emergency mitigation and restoration projects as needed 
  •  Support the Mitigation Manager during downtime with: 
    •  Warehouse cleaning and organization 
    •  Vehicle cleaning and maintenance 
    •  Equipment preparation and upkeep 
  •  Load and unload furniture, boxes, and restoration equipment 
  •  Document damaged items using photos and company software 
  •  Follow company safety procedures and restoration protocols 
  •  Maintain professionalism and compassion when working with customers 
  •  Complete daily job notes and assigned paperwork 
Qualifications
  •  Bilingual — French and English required 
  •  Valid driver’s license 
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 
  •  Comfortable working in physically demanding environments 
  •  Strong work ethic and positive attitude 
  •  Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented 
  •  Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  •  Experience in restoration, cleaning, moving, or construction is an asset, but not required
