Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to help others. You’ll work hands-on in residential and commercial environments to mitigate and restore properties impacted by water, fire, mold, and other damages.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform water extraction, demolition, drying and dehumidification tasks
  • Set up and monitor restoration equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers)
  • Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup, as well as mold remediation
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and equipment
  • Complete detailed documentation of work performed (training provided)
Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Availability for on-call shifts, including some evenings and weekends
  • Previous restoration experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
