ServiceMASTER, the nation's leader in the disaster restoration services is seeking an experienced Large Loss Restoration Supervisor for our Large Loss Division. The ideal candidate will have experience with large commercial restoration including water, fire, smoke damage, and construction. The ideal candidate must also be about to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time.We office competitive compensation and benefit packages! Come join our team today!DUTIESEvaluating large commercial losses to determine work to be performed.Perform restoration and drying in large commercial buildings.Manage and supervise a crew performing restoration.Working with the Large Loss Project Manager and facility managers to insure all work is performed in a satisfactory and timely manner.Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner and all safety rules are followed.Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadline.Ensure that all daily paperwork, including timesheets are collected, authorized, and submitted to the Large Loss Project Manager.Assist the Large Loss Project Manager in other tasks as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSMust have good computer skills.Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.Must have good customer service skills.Standing/walking for 7-8 hours a day.Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form.Minimum 4 years restoration experience required.Must be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and cold.Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage.Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time.Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean background and driving recordMust have a valid drivers license
