Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Repair Estimator/Project Manager! Our company specializes in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition after damage caused by water, fire, mold, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality restoration work. As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will collaborate with insurance companies, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate restoration projects using platforms such as Symbility and Xactanalysis.
  • Ensure company meets TPA and Insurance Company guidelines.
  • Estimate, coordinate, and manage restoration projects  from the beginning to end.
  • Schedule and oversee subcontractors to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, insurance companies, and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures on all projects.
  • Document project progress, change orders, and work orders accurately and promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries.
  • Work independently or collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in restoration estimating.
  • General construction knowledge and experience in renovation/remodeling.
  • Proficiency with estimating platforms such as Xactimate and Symbility
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Xactimate and Dash.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Willingness to work long hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
