As a part of our onsite rehabilitation facility, you will be working in a team-oriented and supportive environment alongside a diverse group of healthcare professionals. Our clinic is equipped with cutting-edge technology and tools to aid in patient treatment, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care. The usual working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, although some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs and support clinic operations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and functional activities to promote physical well-being and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on body mechanics, proper exercise techniques, and home care programs, fostering self-management in their recovery journey.
• Administer physical therapy modalities, such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, under Professional supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and overall functionality.
• Maintain an organized treatment area, ensuring that therapy supplies and equipment are ready and accessible.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver cohesive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive, motivating atmosphere during their rehabilitation process.
• Adhere to ethical standards of practice and protect patient confidentiality, ensuring patients' rights and dignity are respected.

Our clinic caters to a wide-ranging patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgical interventions, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, older adults experiencing mobility challenges, and children with developmental disabilities. • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and establish rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting, demonstrating respect and professionalism at all times.
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient caseload effectively and document interventions accurately.

A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, but new graduates with a strong commitment to patient care and development are also encouraged to apply. Experience working with various patient populations will be a significant advantage.
